Future's progress - Sunday, January 13, 2008 9:27 AM ( #1 )
Right my last thread was 16 year old starting and im not 16 anymore so i thought i'd update it.

This is for the 8 week transformation, i know im late i wasn't planning on puttin in pictures as i wasn't going to win, but hell im doing this for myself its not about winning the competition. If it was going to be strick the picture should be you holding paper saying the date because some pople who have never posted pictures could post old 1's.. but im sure no1s sad enough to do that their only cheating themselves.

Stats:

Height: 6ft 1"
Weight: 170 pounds, however it does vary a few pounds

your chest has literally tripled or more in size, and the rest of your body looks to have doubled, lol... nice progress

Cheers man theirs a layer of fat over my chest which i wana get rid of so they have a better shape, im also gettin definition in my back which is goooodd..

Hey future, although it seems to me that you are a hardgainer, you have made some great progress.

Full body

Squat or less press each day
Dead lift or rows each day
Bench press every day

Then i alternate with pull ups, dips or crossovers every day
Barbell curls once a week
Then finish with 90 crunches every day

Every day is every day i work out which is every other day.

Have you put on any weight between January and now? It says in Jan you were 170lbs. What are you coming in at these days?

Carbo Max! LoL I swear I love that stuff.. Seriously though!! It's 1700 extra calories just taking 2 little scoops of it 4x per day.   On top of 1,500 - 2,000 that your getting with shakes and slam down food 6x per day until you almost hurl.. Thats probably another 2,500 calories alone although you want more solid foods then supplements.   But still you can push those calories up so freaking high! Screw it eat like a mad man and get fat  That's what I just started doin.  Get your chub on! hahah!

lookin good man keep bulking ur would have probably filled out naturally from back then but you've put on a few pounds of muscle keep going
