I bought serious mass in a 12 pound bag what would be a good routine to workout and when should i take Serious Mass to get the most extreme effects to get bigger and stronger? I use to workout with the wrestling team but now it has ended, i have alot of dumbbels, a power tower to do dips, push ups, curls, military presses, pull ups, outer pull ups, and soon a bench press. weight:137.5 height: 5'8'' age: 15 diet: I have a pretty good diet, I just basically eat healthy food.

it depends on what works for you, and its different for everybody. for size, what works for me is working out 5 times a week... 1 body part a day. somethin like this... monday - chest tuesday - back wed - legs / abs / forearms thursday - shoulders friday - bi's and tri's for each body part, i do 4-5 different exercises. ex: for chest day ill do: bench press, decline bench, incline dumbbell press, flys, ball pushups. i do 4 x 10 on everything... take a ton of protein, and eat alot. works for me
