Full body workout... If someone could give me maybe two sample workouts?

Any advice on a good full body workout? I was thinking just keeping it to shoulders, chest, tris, back, bis and abs. We can save legs for another day... Im on a 3-4 body split and i would like to try some full body workouts and see how my body responds to them, so any tips and workouts would be extremely helpful. Thanks fellow lifters.

Go to the critique my training section, on the top you will see a sticky titled "THREE DAY FULL BODY" written by smoundzou, click it and that's one of the best/balanced full body routines you could do.
