Fruits and Cutting. - Saturday, March 28, 2009 3:16 PM ( #1 )
What are your takes on Fruits while on a cut?

Me personally:

5'9
155 LBs.
10-11% BF.
Lift: 5 days per week.
Cardio: 3 days intense, 2 days easy per week.
Sundays off.

Right now, I eat an orange or an apple for brunch and 1 Banana Post workout, everyday.

Sundays (off day), i try to load up on fruits and veggies, along with more calorie/protein intake.

Thoughts?

IMO there is never any reason to cut fruits out of your diet.  These should be a staple food.  Just don't eat a ton at a time, 1 piece several times a day is great.

Just curious, why do you want to cut? You should bulk up for another 6-8 months dude.

How do you know when i started bulking in the first place?

To answer the question for you, i haven't cut in almost two and a half years. I was out for almost a year do to injuries, been back now for 4 months of power lifting. Started my cut early this year to take my time.
