A friend of mine is having a real hard time getting his arms to grow at all, and he posted a question at fitness-questions.com but I have no idea how to help him out. So if anyone has had the same issue can you please answer his question.

He has 18" arms. My advice would be for him to learn to appreciate what he has that most of us will never be able to achieve.

rofl.. 18in biceps??
i agree with jheft.. ENJOY what you have.. b/c MOST of the rest of us don't have 18in biceps.. and might never reach that size either.

that's like bill gates saying "hmmmmmmmmm i have 240billion dollars, but it's not enough. i want more"....

Totally Agree! I spent my younger years wanting the typical BIG arms. Then I said lets face it, my genetics are not going to let that happen. So do like I did, tone up and they will look bigger.
