you should post this in the training section, you'll get more replies probably

that is absolutly all you need, cables and machines are inferior to free weights.

try this just to get you started, everthing 3X8

monday:chest/tri/shoulders
bench
skullcrushers
military press

wednesday:back/bis
deadlifts
pullups(if you can find a place) or bent over rows
bicep curls

friday: legs
squat
straight leg deadlifts
lunges

do abs twice a week

i would agree, that is all you need. The only purchase you may want to consider is a few extra weight plates if you find what you have got isn't heavy enough.
