I just got home after working out. I benched 185 for a set of 3 and 4 sets of 2. This is so awesome I went up 10 pounds from friday doing the same reps and sets. I did drink two energy drinks before working out; I don't know if this helped or I had some sort of placebo effect but I don't care. Damn, this made my day. Thought I'd just report my progress.

have you had an injury? 185 is alot lower than your siggy's bench...lol right now were on the same level, as a matter of fact i did 2 sets of 185 today, first time 4 reps, second 3 reps lol.
first day with no buds, 11/17, need a new job. 1 down 13 to go.

That's the highest I've done. About 6 months ago I f**ked up my collarbone. It healed, but I took a long break from lifting. Now I wished I hadn't, my lifts would be a lot higher, but oh well. So I started lifting again about 2 1/2 months ago. I went from 95 to 185 so my progress has been pretty good. Next chest workout I'm going to try and do 5 sets of 3.
