I have a stash of coffee syrups that are sweetend with Splenda (0 cal, 0 carbs, etc). The two main brands are DaVincis and Toriani. The Davinicis can usually be found at Marshalls or TJMaxx in the gourmet foods section in the back. Toriani can be found at Cost Plus World Market (or online, of course). They have all kinds of awesome flavors, from fruits (raspberry, strawberry, peach) to normal coffee type favors (caramel, almond roca, english toffee).

Anyway, I used some caramel in my oatmeal this morning, and it was quite good. Almost could pass as a treat! Maybe not that far, but it sure made it more palatable for no extra cals.

You can usually find them (one or the other) in the coffee aisle of your local supermarket as well.

And I use a dash of Hazelnut syrup in my cottage cheese.
