I now see why form is so important. it here is my story... when my dad was like 17 benched like 300 anyway he was doing an exercise he cant remember what it was but his shoulder started to hurt so he took a 2.5 pound weight and sholulder raised it and then with the other arm he couldnt seem to do it. And still today when he is 44 his shoulder still affects him so be careful this is one of the many stories of being injured and maybe not Ever coming back from it

Word.
Thanks for posting that- I still see plenty of people working out with horrible form- I remember we even had a member here once who said that he curls 100 pounds- "It's with poor form, but it's still a curl." I think he said. Hell, if you can't lift the weight with good form, you can't lift the weight. And if you try lifting it with poor form, sooner or later, you may not be able to lift any weight.
