Word. Thanks for posting that- I still see plenty of people working out with horrible form- I remember we even had a member here once who said that he curls 100 pounds- "It's with poor form, but it's still a curl." I think he said. Hell, if you can't lift the weight with good form, you can't lift the weight. And if you try lifting it with poor form, sooner or later, you may not be able to lift any weight.
