Forearms... - Monday, May 08, 2006 7:25 PM ( #1 )
When I lift high amounts of weight my forearms start to hurt... But they also hurt from doing other things.. Do you think it's from weight lifting? What should I do?

Someone always has to write on the walls "Mike was here". But then someone else puts an arrow and it says "Mike is a ****got". So Mike comes back to check it out, "What the hell?! I was here but not as a ****got!"

Thats good, your hands are building up to the weight and your forearms
are probably beefing up also.

Keep lifting, youll need um for a good day at the food store carrying those bags
far because their was no parking space aint no joke.

Keep it up and youll have to change your name to Popeye.

OMG DUDE! You were totaly right! Today I was flexing and my mom pointed out that I had "weiard forearms" and there was this HUGE muscle coming out of my forearm! I guess it's true, no pain no gain!
