trubeginner Geez, you guys make me really consider running this diet. Do you guys have a link that explains comprehensively about the diet? Also, do you think I can still gain mass while losing fat with keto? THX! some say u cant gain muscle while losing fat on this diet but i strongly disagree!! once u figure out the diet and really get in tune with what ur body is doing u can gain muscle while simultaneously losing fat. but it took me a while to figure out how to do it. u need to figure out how many carbs u think u should take in during ur refeed days and when to do the refeed. u need to do ur own variation of a depletion workout before ur refeed, and realize just how important this refeed day is!! if u look at different websites they say u can take in any type of carbs during your carb up. this is not true!! ur not going to be as lean as u think u will be eating starchy carbs during ur carb up days. mine consists of whole grains and milk. mostly all low GI foods and milk!! as well as fruit in the beginning

You can gain muscle and lose fat on keto. I did it. I stayed in the 175-178 area while going from 12% down to 9% That and I ate junky carbs. If I would have really done it right, I would have probably been completely shredded this summer. I plan on bulking with keto when I get back home, so this should be fun.

I'm not actually going to contribute anything meaningful to this thread, but I thought you should know that with 97 replies so far, the persistence of this topic on the "Posts Since Last Visit" page has kept AC/DC stuck in my head constantly. I see the title, and immediately I think, "FOR THOSE ABOUT TO RAAAAHHHHCK!!! WE SALUUUUTE YOU!!!!" Anyway. Back to your keto discussion.
