For those of you who use a blender or (my favorite thing in the kitchen) magic bullet, make a chocolate protein shake like you normally would but but a small amount (or large depending on how much you like peanut butter) of peanut butter in the shake and mix with blender or magic bullet.  I use this because my chocolate protein tastes like crap and this makes it a lot better for me.  Hope you like it!

I just tried it. I used a table spoon of PB and it added a little flavor. I will continue to do it though so I can get some of that natural PB in me everyday. The PB sandwiches for me get very old.

Add a banana and the flavor is even better, plus it gives you good post workout carbs.

Take the reccomended servings, and you'll be good. All the good fats support test. levels, high in protein, and tastes great. Just dont overdo it, if your in a cut, I was told dont go near it. If your at a matinence, or bulk go for it.

Honestly? My sister who is def. ONLY cutting eats tons of Natural peanut butter daily. I have absolutely no idea why. Wether its natural or not, after reading the nutritional facts, to me it looks like crap. After comparing labels, besides ingredients, theres still pretty much the same amount of saturated fat and regular fat per serving... and calories. What? Isn't it like 160 calories for a table spoon? Not worth it.

I don`t believe you compare the natural and "un-natural" by just looking at the calories. The most important to me is to keep a food just what it is, peanut butter and not a compilation of chemical substances that I never heard off!

I guess I'm not savy enough to really keep my eye on ingredients, because right now alls I care about is the fats.. and wether its natural or not.. the calories and fat content are just NOT worth it. sorry.

Also ditch the Nitro Tech  and get on the ON 100% Whey. They taste so much better than NT and it also mixes alot better and more protein for scoop. Not to mention is a whole load cheaper.

Throw in a cup of rasberry yogurt, a spoon of honey and brewers yeast, and you have my exact shake.

I say keep it simple. no need to make shakes like one you would expect to find at starbucks. get tough and drink the protein then you can stop worrying about everything thats in the added ingredients.
