Football Training - Thursday, April 20, 2006 9:16 PM
I am currently 4 months into my training for football season. I am currently 250 lbs. and i am taking xyience nox-cg3. I was wondering if someone could give me a proper diet so i can start losing some fat and gaining more muscle. Some supplement advise would be helpful too. Thanks.
 
I work out monday tuesday thurs. and friday before school with the team and then mon. wed. and fri. after school.
