. Any way the point is, i recently regained alot of speed especially sinse lifting, i found when my arms got bigger this helped aswell.
When sprinting really use your arms to pump as hard as you can, my friend (who is naturally a sprinter like my self) only uses his legs, when he runs it looks weird but hes amazingly fast.
Practice makes perfect, get to the track and time how long it takes you to run the 100m in and try beat it every time really push your self 100% every run bout twice a week maybe if your lifting frequently.
