I have to say no. Military press and the jammer are both major shoulder and tricep workouts and then you do shoulders chest and triceps the next day. That looks really mixed up. Is this something your coach gave you?

Can you say shoulder injury? Can you say tricep failure on the bench?

-Oh the injuries will be numerous for the St. Rita mustangs this off-season.

lol my coach has a pretty twisted lifting design too so i can relate...though its not quite as bad lol.  I dont really know what to tell you because if your not doing the things they want you to do it will make them mad.  The only thing would be to talk to them but if theyre anything like my coaches they're stuck in their ways and wont be changing.

If you have to do it I would say fake your max outs lower than they actually are so that you don't lift as much weight - hopefully saving you from injury - and lift heavy on your own, smart schedule.
