our coach quit and with him so did his staff, so we the seniors are holding agilities and everything we can to stay on the normal schedule. Are there any training programs you would recomend or any advice in general?

Wow, your in the same boat as our team too. The coaches had the offer be fired or quit and they did. Its up to us to run the team till spring. Lifting has gotton pathetic, people are starting to not to come, just remeber you are not alone.
