I know some of you on here are into football, so maybe you can help me out on this one. Im looking for good ways to increase catching/hand eye co-ordination other then actual play running pass/catch. (which im doing...but I cant do it every day due to people resources. I play football every week now, just started again to get back into the swing of things. And while my hands are good...they still need work. It doesnt help that I have been out of practice for awhile. Im not concerned with speed atm, its fine for what it is now at my weight. But I would like some links, or if some of you know some drills to do alone or possibly with someone else, something that will help with the catching hand/eye stuff. For the life of me I cant remember much drills from high school, and the ones I do remember werent really oriented to what im looking for.

Wish I could help, been 2 years since I have even been on the offensive side of the ball. When your route running make sure to have pads on whenever you can though, I remember playing receiver a couple years ago and had practiced running routes and catching for months before the season with a QB friend, then I got shoulder pads and a helmet on, changed everything.

I'd check out one of DeFrancos program. Part 2 seems to be geared towards agility pretty good.

I was looking for more like actual football drills to increase catching hand/eye coordination. however, I did read some of those articles and they will be helpful in other area's of my training. Thanks RPB.
