Im about to finish highschool and getting ready to roll out and play college football. I've been through tons of workout programs and taken a look at quite a few college football programs workouts as well. Just remember SPEED KILLS. There will always be a bigger monster out on the field. But to go for an all out mass attack you need to stick to lower reps. Dont go over 8 reps that often and stack up the bar. Concentrate on your olympic and big man lifts: Power clean, hang clean, dead lift, Squat, front squat, snatches, high pull cleans, over head squats, over head presses(military and behind the neck) bench press, close grip bench, inclines, declines(bench is for the fools of football dont get caught up in it) learn to clean and love it.You will become the most explosive athlete on the field and will be capable of knocking heads off.

Agree with thebeastwithing, except decline bench doesnt matter much unless you are really tall (as a serious main lift)
