Age:19 Height:5"5 Body Type:Endomorph Weight: 10 stones, 7.2 pounds Body Fat:18% Accessibility: Barbell, Dumbells, Gym Ball, Bike My aim it to look like the pic, with the legs to match. I need help making a routine which is effective and efficient. I am also a healthy eater, although I don't know the calories. Thanks in advance, for those that help. Below, are my pictures.
