Last month I posted a link to Hard Fitness Ezine to an article taken from my Fitness manual regarding routine skills......well part 2 is up.  Those who did not see part 1 can view last months issue to find it.
  Many of the NON inverted movements will work for Figure routines too.....for those Figure contests requiring routine that is.
