You are all such ego boosters!!

I took yesterday off, had a peanutbutter purdy finger and a few rice cakes with honey and or pb.  also a splash of milk in coffee yesterday and today, otherwise on track, off creatine, on diuretics, off sweetener and products congtaining, save a diet pop here and there.

I did an hour hatha yoga today - yeah me, yoga amazing huh???  hated every minute but I needed it, my back is sore and generally tight and sore all over so I did it.......then, an hour cardio mod intensity, and my weights.
I have to go lite and easy as I can feel small little weakneses here and there in joints plus I fatigue easier and of course i would..........seen my diet????????????

Here is my plan for this and next weeks training.

End Oct to Beg of Nov 07 Week 11 and 12
Tuesday Oct 30, 07
Routine practice15-20 mins.
Tape for Matt, various exercises a set or 2 to failure and posing.
Con curls, bar curls, incline DB curls and other on his list
 
Wednesday Oct 31, 07
Video exercise clips for my site.  Light, at home, single set.
 
Thursday Nov 1, 07
Cardio
 
Friday Nov 2, 07
Cardio and weights of choice.
Video for pre contest bb.com, posing, standing, walking in red suit.
 
Saturday Nov 3, 07 and Sunday Nov 4, 07
Cardio at home with leg workout lite n easy.
 
Monday Nov 4, 07
Routine 15-20 mins
Back and Chest workout lite n easy.
 
Tuesday Nov 5, 07
Cardio
Arms abs n glute workout lite n easy.

Shoulders at home lite n easy, cardio lite short n easy.

My back is super tight, I was going to just do routine a few times today 20-30 mins total for warmup, stretch and practice a few times but I cannot, I will pull something but with my refeed and cheat on sunday, had some rice cakes and honey last night, like 5 of them...........and some splashes of milk in my coffees the past 2 days I feel a bit scared to do nothing.........frustrations.......
Well, if worse comes to worse I can take the dogs for a nice hour long walk today!  Been walking them pretty consistently 2-3 times per week the past few weeks for an hour but other days we just take them to the park to play chuck it, fetch..........its not raining now, although by the time I am able to get them out, after my next client.......it may be so we will see how things go.
I also had too many equal yesterday..........it tough to go back to plain water and also tough to drink herbal tea with nothing, plus I crave the coffee for taste more than anything but with  no equal fughetaboutit..............I am on the herbal diuretics now so my abs were even more cut yesterday and I am up a few times per night now to pee................oh well, better to get rid of the water and must make sure I get to sleep early.  I usually pass out between 7pm and 10pm but the past few months have had a few nights of insomnia and not in bed til midnight or later, some odd days even 3pm but not on work nights luckily................so my sleeping went up and down but last night I was passing out at 9pm so I just hit the sack.
I still feel tired today so I am going to leave the gym work today, try not to deviate from diet and do that walk.  Just deal with clients only in the gym but no training for me today.
I found an nice white tea, organic brand from superstore but even in that I like 3 equals.
I should just drink my dandelion and lung teas today, those I do with no sweetener at all.
man its amazing how these things can mess with your head when so close to contest.

Oh boy...you aren't kidding me!  It's strange the things you really want just before competition! 
 
I like the red suit.  Very nice!  Who did your suits?  The gal who did mine, I wouldn't use again.  Maybe she's done great work for others...but I didn't like getting blown off when I asked for a specific delivery date.  I gave her 8 week notice too.  Oh well.  Live and learn! 
 
You will do amazing at the competition.  Time to get that "self-fulfilling" prophecy going!
 
Got one questions for you....how the hell do you handle going back to a less restricted diet!?  Holy cow!!  I thought I was prepared!

Happy Halloween everyone!!  I am going to close my gate, shut off the lights and have a volcano cake, watch kid nation, kitchen nightmares, UFC, bionic woman and LIFE!!
I am tired today, took today off too, my hams are tight which would explain my back being tight the past 2 days and the early stage of my 2 wk PMS bought, cravings are bad today and yesterday and has some crampys.
Tomorrow is another early day, today I was off and slept in til 9am~
Most days I start up at 5:30am, like tomorrow.
Anyway, I hope to be able to do my routine tomorrow but I keep thanking goodness that I know it well and practiced enough so that by now I feel okay that I am unable to do it since I am tight and do not want to injure, strain, sprain etc.
Diet pretty clean.........and I am even more cut today, those diuretics are doing their job.

So today  had a shoot, a few hours between lighting and changes so I had a coffee, that is it!
Now I am home, did some vid and comparisons but they were done in a bad spot, bad light but whatever I will post them later - I am eating a halloween bag of cheezits, and diet dr. pepper, but will have my last meal in a bit, my usual tilapia and green beans.
had a few rice cakes again yesterday with pb.
My body is not liking the low carbs and asking for more so I try to balance it and so far I don't think these cheat have affected my look and the shots from the shoot look fabulous!!
I do feel a tad flat, lack of carbs and pms but its minor.
I did some bicep work, drop sets, shoulders and chest for a video today and may do some treadmill jogging but not to the point of the amonia sweat smell........man am I walking a fine line.

Beautiful suit.  Love the color...very flattering for your skin tone.  Good italian genes!  Good job coming into this final week.  You are doing soo well!  Keep it up and you will be kickin' some major tail this week.  I can't wait to see the results.  If I don't "talk" to you before next week (going on vacation tomorrow), you have a great show and have fun!

thank you, the photos don't show the stones well on my red one but they sparkle like nuts and have a flame theme with the stones but the back was not a V enough for me, I like the back on the green one, ironically that was a used suit I fluked on.
The show I am doing like dark suits and primary colors.

Friday Nov. 2.07 - I did cardio today for an hour, but don't think I did weights.......

Saturday Nov. 3.07 - 30 mins brisk walk on tread, 2% incline, 3mph.

Sunday Nov. 4.07 - 30 mins on recumbent bike, 3 twists on intensity knob, mod pace. Then did 6 various leg exercises with body weight for a set of 45 each with last few exercises at reps of 25.

I feel great today, I taped more for the pre contest, last week ofr...... for the series I am doing for bb.com and I practiced my routine.
My right hams were sooooo tight but I did 30 mins cardio and then stretched long and hard..............I did 3 runs through and they were solid, perfect, right on time, strong and confident! I feel great considering the lack of practice this past month due to injury. I am so glad I listened to my body and rested, all the previous practice really got me to where I sit now!
I did a handful of cross fit exercises, a set of each.
My joints ache here and there, uncommon aches in uncommon areas but that is because I am drying out. I drink water, lots but I am drying right now, diuretics although herbal, really do the trick.
I am in the home stretch and above all, pms, bloat, injury or whatever I FEEL GOOD!
Thank you all for your support cuz it really does help!! Having to be accountable and having to set an example........having something to prove to myself...........it all helps especially with you guys cheering me on! Up to now I have never had that and it really helped me excel and get by this year of prep.

I was so tempted to cheat last night and I did not, its so hard at this point.
I did have 2, I repeat, 2 hershey kisses today though!!!

It was nice not having to have fish this morning for breaky.........just a shake now, and same again 3 hours later.

My next plan will be for the post contest maintenance, joint conditioning and just easy work for the next few weeks until the New Year.
I am going to post a bit of a fun interactive idea in the forum and see what happens when I ask for advice!!!!

So yesterday.......I ended up also having a halloween size:

2pc ww toast with pb and a tad of butter.............I was absolutely raving mad hungry, it was very bad so I had to and had no rice cakes around.

but they are so small those bars.................I still look hard and clean so no worries.

Today instead of my shake and I was debating a sweet potato, instead I had a chili and potato from wendys, with sour cream - like 3!...........but my only worry is the salt in the chili, it was small but the salt can be scary........I am thinking though, because I have been feeling dry and my joints are achy from lack of retaining water as i am on diuretics, I think it won't bloat me, and instead I think it will fill me in nicely.  I began carb up Sat/Sun it seems, with gradual cal increase because I am very lean right now.  
I never did get the calipers but may still get them tomorrow.......and will check my bf and measurements tomorrow both with elg and that silly cheap scale.
The cheap digital gym scale fluctuates my weight from 116 to 112..........insane..............just insane.  I want to cry when i see the lower number.  I mean I can live with looking as I do at 116.......but 112 no.........that is just too heartbreaking.
Lets hope its all worth it to win it all!!
I got my hair done, its looks awesome,
Oh yeah, I did an hour cardio very mild, no dropping sweat, just a glisten, I just am to dry n too tight and get tired so easy, lactic acid builds so easy.  Did a handful of exercises at 2x15 / 20 very light.

thanks!  its just on the bangs, streaks, and one on each side above the ear, if I wear my hair diff it looks cool and sits diff on the head.
the bangs go wisp to the side or blend back if I want too so it is a nice new change and good for stand out in the comp.
