Try this recipe, its really very tasty - a little hot, but hey Im sure you body builders can handle a little heat now and again ;-)

Put a piece of lean Salmon in foil. squeeze lemon juice over it, some chopped chillies, some Chaat Massala (mixture of asian spices with a slightly tangy taste and slightly hot - you can find them in any asian food store, ideal for fish, chicken and meat). A little extra virgin olive oil over it all.

Heat it in the oven for about 300 degrees or so (depending on the type of oven you have).

With all this, you need a delicious tangy, spicy dip. Get some tomato ketchup (tomato puree could be used for healthier reasons, but just doesnt have that same kick about it) mix in some chilli sauce - I like it hot, and 2 teaspoons of mint sauce, mix all together and use as a dip for the Fish.

Delicious!!!
