Okay so as of next monday I wanna start off new and have a workout ill follow to the letter and get to my goal as good, and fast possible. ( I dont really have the diet down right now, i'm trying as good as i can to eat as much as possible, theorically if thats a word, i should eat 3040 calories a day).

SO yea... I workout at home. i have
-Chin up bar
-barbell
-2xdumbell
-freeweights.(10x 5lbs, 4x 1.5lbs,2x3lbs for a total of 62 lbs. should increase at x-mas and birthday 6 december).
-a flexing bar but i dont really count it because its like, really low intensity I believe. it only burns at 40 reps or so, so...

SO yea, I'm trying to do my proper routine. Heres what I though:
monday:chest,tricep,shoulders(and traps)
wednesday:bicep,back,abs
friday:legs

now i am wondering if the split is right.Maybe some re arranging ... I dunno. I'm looking for you guys to see how i could improve the split, tommorow I'm coming back and if I get answers on how to get the split right, ill post trainings and see if I get enough sets, reps etc.

cya'll hope you answer.

Do you have an actual bench with the barbell? If so, then buy one and invest in a weight set, probably over 150 lbs. at the start.
