Hey, guys! Well, this is my first post, and I'll keep it simple. I am 21, 135 pounds, and 5'10". I am in pretty good shape as far as endurance. I jog quite a bit daily. My body is nice, but it's not nearly as cut as I'd want it to be. Basically I'd like to maybe gain 10-20 pounds, and just keep it all muscle. I am around 5% body fat if that helps.
