Hey guys, I really want to bulk up yet stay lean, because currently I'm 5"8 16 years old and a 125 lbs. I've been doing my current routine for almost three weeks and I just want to see if anyone has an opninon to add. Day 1 Bi/ Tri Hammer Curls 17x10 20x10 22x10 Concentration curls 15x10 17x10 20x10 Preacher Curls 12x12 15x10 20x8 Tricep Extensions 25x10 27x10 32x10 Skullcrushers with dumbell 10x10 15x10 20x10 22x8 Tri kickbacks 20x10 22x10 27x10 I usually do my abs too with weighted crunches and non weighted crunches Day2 Shoulders/ Chest I do 3 sets of 15 elevated pushups and then the same normal pushups Flys 12x8 20x18 25x8 Dumb Presses 22x10 25x10 27x10 Front BB Shrugs 45x8 55x8 65x8 Ovehead DB presses 22x10 25x10 27x10 30x8 Side Raises-my weak point 12x8 15x8 20x8 Then I do reverse crunches Day 3 Legs/ Back DB lunges 35x8 40x8 45x8 Deadlifts- keep in mind I have not many weights! 55x8 60x8 65x8 65x6 Strep Calf Raises 25x15 30x10 35x10 32x8 Wide Grip Pull 20x10 25x10 30x10 30x8 low bent rows 35x10 35x8 40x10 hyperextensions 10x3 then i have a leg press machine 125x10 150x8 175x6 200x6 I would have higher weights on some of my stronger muscles but I have a very limited set of weights up to 80 lbs and only one DB So I try my best, anyway any opinions on how I can improve and any other exercises I could try, because I'm really devoted to this! Oh yeah and I do jogging in place for 20 mins on all workout days, not just slow paced every min I run as fast as I can for 30 secs Thanks!

You have muscle groups working on same day as others they shouldn't be. Do like so: Chest/Tri's Back/Bi's Legs/Shoulders I give more information when less tired. And if your goal to get big, stop jogging on the spot.

my advice is to eat a lot of food and as healthy as possible. then figure out a way to start squatting and progressing on all major compound lifts.
No the leg press is not the same as doing squats.

If you are an ecto, then yes and it's easy. If you aren't then yes, but it's extremely difficult.
