Hello all, seems like a real chill place here. I am extremely new to this so please bare with me, lol. Im 21 years of age, 157 lbs, 5'11. Recieved a bowflex extreme for christmas starting working out the first day of 08. The machine was ment for health, but as of recent I noticed some pretty decent genetics kicking in so I decided to take it to a little higher level, yet still a very unprofessional one (lol). My workout has been a full body, 5 times a week, using the bf extreme. I am also a basketball player. Noticed some gains and decided to try a few supplements. I am currently using whey and Nano, I also eat like a horse. I am unsure of the calorie intake but I am sure it is pretty suffecient. I started the year out at 145 lbs. So I have had a pretty decent gain I'd like to think. Anyway, I am very open minded and I am here to listen and learn. Please dont bight, as I am an uninformed member.

Yeah do you have access to a gym? If you are a ballplayer in college surely there is a gym you could get in that would have sufficient equipment?

A bowflex is fine for everything except sqauts, deads and bench.

But if you are wanting to bulk, you will want to be doing squats, deads, and bench eh?
