Whats the best way for you to fire up for a huge lift? Im a kinda guy that likes to think about the weight before I do it...Not scream and yell.

ive jst realised im doing an assignment on improving sporting performance in sports psychology. when ive written it, ill get some main factors from it and show them to you. its about stress levels and levels of arousal, very interesting. it might help u understand how to fire yr self up using thinks like mental imagery, or self talk Thad be great I usually am in the mood to just get fired up...but somedays I just feel weird all the time. I'll just feel giddy and yell every rep and before every set...I dunno I have tried everything and I guess a mixture kinda helps.

Well i like to think about doing the weight, and listening to some heavy metal rock while doing it! Also some encouragement from your fellow spotter.
