 Finish Loading Now What?

Finish Loading Now What? - Monday, June 02, 2008 8:49 PM
I just finished my loading phase for creatine with AST micronized creatine. So far so good.....Question is now, i says take twice daily....Obviously I will take one scoop immediately following workout, but when should I take the other scoop? Upon awakening? Before Workout? Before bed?

IMO you just wasted your money,No loading needed with mono,Its just a moneymaking scheme from the manufactures.
 
I take mine before & after workout,But I dont think theres a good or bad time to take it,However after workout is perfect.

Glad you feel that way Master...However, I have had a completely different experience with this type of creatine...I have tried two other creatines before and NEVER loaded with it because I Felt like it was a waste of money and I'd take the slow gradual approach rather than the quick results the loading phase says you will get within a week.
 
Well both times never loading I saw NO results while using those creatines.  So, this time I decided to follow the instructions and for hte first time I can actually say a creatine product worked...Or so far it has worked and helped me look a little bigger and it's only day 5.
 
But I guess everyone has there opinions, thank you for your suggestions.

You dont need to take it twice daily. Just take 5-10 g pre or post workout.

it's 5g of creatine...So you saying two scoops at once? I think I will just go with a scoop BWO and one scoop PWO

1 serving pre workout and 1 post workout is perfect

when i was on creatine, i did the loading phase as well.   there IS a noticeable difference.  and it was worth it IMO.

i would just take it after you workout now.
