Okay, I figure no one in here knows much about fencing, so I'll make it easier.

Fencing requires very, very powerful legs and an in shape upper body. The upper body though has to be fluid and not tense, and legs have to be capable of sudden, explosive, lunges and quick recovery to a half-squat. Most of the bout is spent with your legs in a half-squat.

What exercises can I do to exercise the necessary muscles. I know that you've posted about leg exercises a million times, but here is the kicker. I only have a 40-lb dumbell set, a pull-up bar, and a treadmill.

What can I do with that?
