Female Body shape - Thursday, December 22, 2005 8:59 PM ( #1 )
complete newbie here.
I know its 99.9999% in the genes, but can bodybuilding etc help alter a feminine body to something less feminine and more athelethic looking (i.e. less curves, smaller breasts etc)? Thats what Im sort of after...

Diet and exercise can help transform you into a more athletic looking person.  Are you an athletic person? Eating proper, cardio and weights will allow you to lose body fat; this will also reduce your chest size over time. What are we dealing with as far as your body type and or size is concerned? this will help help us understand what it is you are trying to change.

Im moderately overweight but in the past few months have chopped off quite a fair bit mostly through exercise rather than dieting, but am worried that the weight loss will eventually lead to a more feminine shape which is the opposite of what i am trying to achieve... I probably have an average (at present) female type figure with shoulders somewhat wider than hips, hips somewhat wider than waist, chest measurments not hiideously out of proportion but i could really afford to lose some of it.... at present most of the weight i have lost is from the upper back and aroud the lower ribcage. i havent really tried out weight lifting etc seriously and am wondering if some emphasis ont hat will help.

yes, if you train for size and leanness, you will decrease bodyfat and breast fat as well making boobs smaller.

It's most likely none of my business, but why are you trying to achieve this look?

And, without juice, you can never have a manlike body (though I don't know why you'd want to have one...)
