Nice physique. But leg presses don't count, squats do.

Sizzlin', man!!!   Weight 125?!  WTF?  How tall and yes, how are the legs?  How's the back?
Upper bod looks fantastic, imo!  Traps could be bigger.  What are your goals?  Good workin' out!  :)

I'm feelin' it!  Pretty sick, bro!

Am I reading that right?  125 lbs??  No offense, but are you like, four feet tall or something?  I'm 6'2", and at 130 lbs, I looked like Calista Flockhardt on heroin [8P]

Whatever you're doing, keep it up.

Well I'm 5"8, just very very skinny, I don't even fit into 28 jeans. I'll post a back and legs shots soon. And I don't max on squats on account of not wanting to kill myself ( same reason I don't dead lift ).

Thanks guys! I'll be sure to work on my traps, back, and legs more! <--- Is that redundant because the traps technically are a back muscle?

Traps are indeed a back muscle.  But there are many, many more!  Traps are near the spine from neck/shoulder area down.  Lats are the huge manta ray muscles that give your back the V taper shape.  Then there are other smaller muscles.  Good workin' out!  :)

You obviously do a lot of bench press and curls.  Your pecs, bis, and tris are pretty impressive.  Keep it up, but I think you should put some focus into balancing out your workouts with some proper back and lower body work.  I'm not sure what you're afraid of.  What do you mean by "not wanting to kill myself"?

Oh and as long as you add deads, don't worry about your traps for a while.  They hit the traps pretty hard.

Make mad, passionate, toe-curling, bunny love with a power rack near you, early and often!  And your new mantra (say it over and over!) is:  "Smith machines are for pvssies.  Smith machines are for pvssies!"  Good workin' out!  :)

Pay no attention to the peanut gallery, 2Skinny -he's just trying to bust my balls and hijack your thread with a dead horse

A squat rack with properly configured safeties is preferable, but if you want the ultimate in safety for solo workouts, you can make very good progress on a Smith Machine until you're comfortable graduating to a complete free-weight arrangement.

2Skinny-
What kind of goals do you have?
5'8" and 125 - obviously you don't have much mass, but aesthetically you look good.
If you're 125 and bench 210 you've got decent strength. (Is that a machine max as well?)

Squats and deadlifts won't kill you.  They will help you put on some size if that's a goal.

Machine work (Smith and other) CAN help you put on both strength and size.  Perhaps not preferable to a power rack...it depends on your goals.

2skinny,
Sorry for the distraction to wake Veg up.  Veg has done amazing things w/his Smith machine.
Whatever you're doing is great.  Just curious about legs since the 125 lb is a mystery to me.  Good workin' out!  :)

In response to my goals, well I want to get bigger, but not TOO big. Not steroid huge. You guys know Brad Pitt in Fight Club? That is what I'm working for. I want to get bigger calves, lats and improve my core strength. I really do weigh 125, I was 123 today. It's probably because my waist is so small, I can still fit into 23's (painful). That and I have small calves, wrists, and ankles. In response to why I don't max out deadlifts or squats..
A. I pulled a lat once deadlifting, incredibly painful experience that I don't want to go through.
B. I don't know the proper way to deadlift, I haven't done it much and internet guides just don't really cut it.
C. I don't want to injure myself.
And finally, I still DO them, hard too, I just don't MAX out.
That's it, I think I answered everything, leg and back shots go up tonight if I can figure out a way to take a pic of my back.

You already look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club. You would look huge at 180 pounds though, that is if your waist stays the same size.

23" pants? My quad is bigger than your waist. That's insane how the illusions make you look jacked.

Take a shot at Starting Strength.  It's a bit wordy, but if you wanna know how to do squats and deads safely, it's a damn good resource.

Proper technique and progression is going to be key to preventing injury and building the physique you want.  Is there anyone you know that can help you.  Online sources are helpful.  If you have someone that can help teach correct form - that's a real benefit.  Good luck on reaching your goals!!  The fact that you have a small waist can be a good thing when you put on some more upper/lower body mass.
btw - your camera phone takes really good pictures
and - what are those ribbons hanging from the landing behind you?
