Hi Guys, Just some feedback on my bulking split. Aiming to gain 5kg in 3 months. I've been training for seven years now consistenly. But I play Rugby so 6 months of the year is didicated to cardio and speed work. I've got 3 months of off-season training to gain some weight. I lack a lot of size in my legs, should I train them more than once a week for more size. I'm doing Squats, Calve Raises, Leg Curls, Lunges currently. Currently 86kg Goal in 3 months: 92kg Monday: Shoulders/Chest Tuesday: Back Wednesday: REST Thursday: Legs Friday: Arms Sat & Sun; REST
