Fat burning foods?
-
Thursday, April 14, 2005 12:05 PM
I was reading somewhere how certain foods, or combinations of foods actually help to raise your metabolism and burn fat. Not wanting to invest in the book because my eyes aren't good enough to read like that, I am wondering if anyone could pass along some hints in this area of good nutritional recomendations. I know to eat the basics, chix, fresh fruit and vegees, low carbs & sugar, and keep the protien coming and watch the total calorie count. I went to FitDay.com and checked my usual diet for my height, weight and age, and it looks good.

They don't do it a significant amount. Don't worry about it.

well depends if ur below normal fat lvls like 10% and under but if ur 30-40 % fat its good to have 2 or so fruits a day to help ur metabolism and digestion. also fruit helps ur blood flow and clean ur system in ways. fruits ae very healthy and in my opinion shouldnt be cut out of a daily diet
