I'm about a month away from ending my bulking phase, and I'm getting ready to cut. What is the best supplement stack to help cut?

WATER, lots of it. I'd like to see anyone come up with a better cutter than this.

Water? Look, I drink about a gallon a day and I know that helps with overall health as well as decreasing water retention and flushing out your system, but come on. The old ECA stacks used to melt you down like water never could. I never took them when they were on the market but I wanted to see if there was anything comparable.

Then you already have a good start. Caffeine is still a popular/effective fat loss tool. Black coffee before cardio will help with burning fat for fuel. Green Tea and Yerba Mate will help raise your core temp to burn fat. Is this more to your liking, or are you needing a supp that may do more harm than good??

Nope, not a stupid question at all, you should know what you are getting into when taking non-natural, or high dosage fat burners. I was a fan of the ECA stack, it had no side effects for me, but the newer products are using proprietory blends of ingredients that are somewhat suspect. Different products work for different people. You might have success with a product that others don't, just be aware of it's side effects. Dizziness, insomnia, seizures and headaches. Only a small portion of people get these issues, but be aware. How much are you cutting off? And in what time frame?

Anything with a combination of caffeine, green tea extract, and evodiamine (chinese herb used to promote fat loss).

See, first of all, the ban is a complete joke. Anyways, I personally (well, I haven't got it yet due to paypal issues) go to buffmusclestuff.com. It is available widely as a nasal decongestant. And, do not take it if you have a pre-existing heart condition. That's generally the only risk.

ECA. eh? Look into something with a fair amount of caffiene and green tea. Your B vitamins. Eat 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism revving. L-Carnitine. CLA. Keep drinking lots of water as well.

In response to optimumhealth, I need to lose about 12 lbs of fat in 3-4 months. In response to DA, thanks for the tip. And a question for everyone- I understand that the ephedrine and caffeine are stimulants, but why the Aspirin? Anyone have any idea?

Personally, I'm not taking the aspirin. From what I've read it has little effect.

Apparantly my sarcasm wasn't picked up on in reference to me being stupid for asking a question. Njmuscle, thanks man you are obviously a nice guy. I've read great things about the DS products and I know you are a rep for them (right?) I read misanthropy's journal for melting point, and it has me interested. Here's the thing(which is why I wrote this post to begin with. Everyone knows the the old ECA stack, though potentially dangerous for people with prior heart problems(who shouldn't be taking it anyway), works. With the ban on ephedrine, the no ephidrine products started coming out. But everyone I know that's taken them says they are not even close to the same as when they had ephedrine in them. I know most of them are BS, I just wanted to know if anyone has had any seriously phenomenal results with anything on the market today?
