Would you guys recomend or not recomend having Muscle milk as a meal replacement while the main goal is to loose fat? I just love the taste of it but dont know if I should be taking it while im in the loosing fat stage....

If not muscle milk... then what would you guys recomend?

which muscle milk are you talking about the meal replacement or the regular shake.. two diff things.. either way.. muscle milk helped me burn fat and gain muscle when i first started taking it now i just take it before bed..just my .02.. some may disagree.. but if your goal is to loose weight.. go on a cut.. eat right and eat 5-6 small meals a day and workout

Isopure if you're hardcore. The powder tastes like crap (premade in bottles isn't bad) but no sugar, no fat.

Muscle milk is slammed with sugar and fat and is best when on a bulk and you're not so worried about that.

Another option is EvoPro. It's made by cytosport so it tastes just like muscle milk but less sugar and less fat. It's no Isopure, but it's better than muscle milk.
