June 28th Woke up today and jogged early in the morning... for about 2 mins and sprinted for my life for about 3 mins. Funny that's all I could do. Oh well no point bringing oneself down. Gradually it'll get better. Will try to get my lift in later today. Preferrably 7 hours after running. For some reason my calves hurt more when i jog as opposed to running or sprinting. This is specifically during the motion. Gonna move to guerilla cradio from tomorrow onwards. Food for today. 10:00 Special K cereal 250 cals 1:00 2 Tuna Cans w/1 slice cheese 450 cals 4:00 7:00 10:00
