Just low carb diet for about 2 months and u'll be a lean machine. Supplements only help out about 5%. If u need a little extra energy then probably some Lipo-6 or AMP will do the trick. But again, to loose weight it all has to do with diet.

Dude, Thats not what he asked. Off topic, but how is a low card diet for body building? I too would like to know the answer to the original question.

OK people, listen up. To loose weight one must burn more calories than what is consumed. You have to have a negative calorie intake for a day. Without a cutting diet, u can take all the supplements and run ur ass off and give very minimal results. DIET IS THE KEY. You can loose weight effectivily with diet alone. Bodybuilders use a low carb diet to prep for a contest.

Im gonna try and give my opinion while staying on your topic asked...hope I help some. Losing weight is definitely one of those things that requires more than a little effort and two key factors are required. Eating healthier and exercise. And honestly, not much of both is required to lose fat, just gotta keep at it...but that also doesnt mean not doing jack squat. Ive lost 60lbs of fat that way just basically living a healthier lifestyle... Back on to your topic(i stray easy), what I've been taking for a week now is thermogain which states it helps lose weight and also get leaner. Im starting to feel a bit more of a pump in the gym, but I'm finding myself able to do much more intense cardio workouts than I used to. I was doing bleachers for 30 minutes straight today and i feel amazing. This past week ive shred 3 pounds and i can already feel it. Thats a pound more a week i lost than without the supplement. Im just throwin that out there for ya , thanks a lot. David

1: take strength and recovery "supplements" and strengthen your legs; then 2: eat all your meals in the form of a shake, eat a banana a day so your stomache doesent digest itself; at the same time 3: run until you feel your heart beat through your finger nails, then keep running until you pass out, then get up and keep running. its worked for me... hmm going on the 6th time now, in the last 6 years i've been all around from 180 to 290

I'm in the same boat as you are. I want to shed some fat, and have considered/tried a lot of supplements. For the most part, I feel they don't work. I've even used stacker (with the heart exploding ephedra) back in the day, and aside from making my heart beat about 6,000 times faster than normal, I didn't lose weight. I agree with everyone here, you must burn more calories than consumed etc...etc... but another important factor is too spread out what you eat into small meals throughout the day. This way your body will get use to the constant intake of food, and start to realize that it doesn't need to store any of it as energy (fat) for later on. As for workouts...it goes the same way as lifting, you should vary your workouts. Don't just do the same thing every day, because your body will get used to it. Here are some fat burners that are pretty good for getting lean. I used these back in my track days (when I had a six pack): In & Outs: On the track, start by jogging the turns (100m) and sprinting the straight-a-ways (100m). You should do this for a mile, then switch. Jog the straights and sprint the turns. Suicides: On the track again, sprint a 50m, walk a lap, sprint a 100m, walk 1/2lap, sprint a 200m, walk 1/3 lap, sprint 300m, walk 1/2 lap, sprint 400m......start at 400m and do the same thing in reverse...caution if you are sprinting (not just running fast) this workout will probably make you puke. Stairs: Someone already mentioned stairs. Do something like, 1 flight @ 1 step a piece, 1 flight @ 2 steps, 1 flight @ 3 steps, 1 flight @ 4 steps.....repeat 3 times Jogging: This is great for burning fat. Jog a like 4.5 - 6.0 mph for like 30-45 mins. As a variation, every 200m or 400m I like to stop and do 25 pushups or 25 situps alternating. Weight-Belt: I've used this a lot in my track&field days. Its just a belt that you put on and it has slots to put weights in it. It is pretty comfortable, but you can add like up to 30lbs on it. You can add this to any cardio workout to give your body an extra jolt. Tire-Pull: Get an old tire (big one). Tie it to your waist using some rope. Try to do sprints across a field. 10 sets of 50m up and 50m back. Sorry if I'm getting off track. I just wanted to share some workouts that might be better than just jogging endlessly.

Seriously go to the junkyard and get a violent, mistreated guard dog and starve him for a day then wear a backwards necklace with a bloody uncooked steak on it, make sure he knows its there then let him loose, if the dog runs out of fuel before you do then you win, its a fun game that you can play everday all the way to being thin and healthy! sarcasm aside, most people trying to lose fatty weight just don't realize how hard they will have to push themselves, to be honest i roll my eyes at everything said about dieting in terms of losing fat, does it play a role? yes. can you lose 30 pounds of fat in a month on a perfect diet and a conventional excersise program? not likely. can you lose 30 pounds of fat in a month on any diet with a intense vein throbbing workout? barring injury, yes. 4 days ago i was 252, right now i'm 235 and i'm OFF SCHEDULE (leg injury) and might lose my job now because i have less than one week to get down to at least 214. this wouldn't be the first time i've done it.

How are you dropping so much weight so fast? I have dropped around 35 pounds in 3 months and still have another 25-30 to go and I'm frustrated that I'm only losing 10-12 a month. I do 30 minutes or more of cardio every single day and my diet is low carb and low cal (1000-1200)

Well, i also am trying to shed some weight, and like most other people say, diet is a main factor. Piece of advice dont use diet pills, those usually are not safe for you. Altho I have heard from a few trainers that the pills Lipidex, could help shed a few more pounds. You should only take it if youre liftinga little bit as well, altho i dont think youll see HUGE results, that with some cardio and stuff could help.
