ORIGINAL: arkangel72 um, yeah, no need to be rude next time? ignore the post he may have been rude but he's right. no fat pill will make someone lose weight unless they get their diet in check.

And that is true. But I knew that already. I am not that naive However, I also know alot of people in these forums use these to help get rid of that extra little chub... along with the diet and excercise. Which is why I was merely asking for opinions on various brands, and what would give more bang for the buck.

Proper diet and cardio are essential to lose weight; but thermogenics are a huge help also. I like Lipodrene if you like ephedra or CytoLean is pretty good w/o ephedra, Good luck to your buddy.

Keys to lose weight: -Good diet(6-8 small meals containing mostly protein/greens/good carbs) -Cardio 5-7 times a week(HIIT) -Intense Lifting Regiment(3-4 times a week) -If desired, supplementation of fat-burner: Universal Animal Cuts, Biotest Hot Rox, Lipo 6, Kranker 2, SAN Tight.(These are ones off the top of my head) Basically, a good diet, consistent cardio, intense lifting will get your friend where he wants to be. Supplementing with a fat-burner will help, however, it will not do the work for him. It will only work as hard as he does. Meaning, the harder he works, the better it will work.
Current Supplements: Multi-Vitamin, Glucosamine/Chondrotin, Vitamin C Current Cycle: Stength "Run to live, and live to run."
