I will probably try to loose some fat around april/june ... someone know a good products to help loosing fat .... i cant tolerate Ephedra and Cafein and i know that almost all good fat burner have this piece of crap substance on it ! So if you can help !

A treadmill

Eat less calories than you burn...and do some cardio....there simply no substitute for that.....

You probably won't find too many of those products without caffeine. There are some without it but I haven't heard of any that work too well. Put most of your effort into coming up with a healthy meal plan....

yeah ..... i stop drinking beer on week end 3 weeks ago ... maybe it will help to loose a couple of pounds ....

None that I am aware of. Once Ephedra went bye bye.. caffeine, green tea and such become the standards. The whole point of a "fat burner" is to chemically pump up the metabolism. What better way then caffeine? If you cannot tolerate caffeine, you might look into green tea. That has some decent thermogenic properties. But I'm unaware if green tea has much caffeine in it. I didn't see it when I read this

It's not i cant tolerate Cafein and Ephedra ... its juste because im very confuse with this kind of thing ....
