First of all, Hi to everyone on this board.Let me say that you guys got nice forum goin' on here.Congrats on that.Been lurking here for quite some time and finally decided to join in on the conversation. My stats: age:32 weight:280 lbs (fat ass) height:6'1" fat %: don't know (a lot) my goal 215-220 I have always been a "big boy" if thats what I can call it.Used to lift weights about 2 years ago for 6 months.Did not stick with it because a lack of time and yes lack of determination as well.Been killing myself on Atkins for 6 months...went from 265 to 218 ,but damn I felt like crap and muscles....well no muscles really.Started to look like a woman.I couldn't keep up with the diet anymore.Gotta have fruits and ocassional indulgence.By ocassional I mean once a week.I don't eat any junk food(hamburgers,pizza or such) Only soft spot I have is chocolate. Anyways looking forward to some ideas and advices from all you guys who's "been there". I greatly appreciate any help. Started lifting weights again couple of weeks ago. Doing 3 day split weightlifting and everyday except sunday I do 30-40min. treadmill. I'll try to post some pics(if that's allowed) next week. Thank You again.
