hello there i am kinda new here but not to working out. my current weight is 245, is it reasonable to be at 220 by march first? i am watching what i eat and usually eating one bad meal a week. i am doing about 20 min of cardio. i want to do the 300 exercise in the moring before i go to class and then hit the gym afterwards, my reasoning to this is to keep my metabolism up. i also am taking aderall which helps with the eating. i am taking 3 protein shakes a day. any advice?

anyone can be 220 by than - you should care about losing fat and no muscle, so calculate ur maintenance calroies and eat 500 less, i dont know much about 300 excercise but read dan mirages thread on how to lose fat
