Fat burning - Tuesday, August 11, 2009 12:05 PM ( #1 )
Hi every1 quick question whats the best way to get rid of the jam rolls ive gained on the belly.
Ive got some thermo pills an torn between running a mile a night or jumping on the good old push bike
id say i need to shed about a stone of the belly but dont want to compromise the muscle ive gain in the process of belly bullking
 
any1 got any ideas.....

I know this is under the supplement section, but your best bet is diet, resistance training, and cardio.  No pill exists that will make a fraction of the difference.

Im pretty sure fat burners a just filled with a $hit load of caffiene to speed up your metabolism. 

Definately need to get diet and training in check thats the only way

Belly fat can be stubborn and is always the last to leave.  If you get your diet in check and the training is good, and still no results, consider going on a anti-estrogenic diet for awhile and see if that helps.

What is an anti-estrogenic diet? I dont think Ive heard of that before?
