So once you start using fat burners or are in a cutting phase do you stop taking creatine or continue with the addition of these new burners??

Stay on the creatine.

The main thing is the change in your routine and the addition of carb cutting and more cardio.

A little late getting back to this but I cant say enough about Melting Point.  I just started an eight week cut and have dropped 15 lbs in 4 weeks.  Stacked it with Basic Cuts.  Now granted I cleaned up my diet significantly and added cardio but the supplements helped for sure.  I just dropped the Melting Point and switched to Man Scorch so we will see what the next 4 weeks bring

In a nut shell when calories are lowered, cortisol levels within the body increase.  Lean Extreme assists in managing this rise in cortisol.

As others have said diet and cardio are the key.  Plus a sound supplementation program

ECA stack works well and can be combined with non-sweetened grapefruit juice BUT . . . I had some bad experiences with ECA. I started out with Ephedrine HCL (I forget the mg dose), caffeine pills (200 mg.?) washed down with an espresso 30 mins. prior to my workouts (weights and cardio). I think that I became psychlogically addicted to these. I increased my dose to twice a day or double at one time near the end of a 6-8 week cycle. I blacked out once and drove my car right off the driveway coming home and I had really bad heart palpitations. I felt like crap, like I was doing something really bad for myself by the end. I will never use it again (this was over 10 years ago!). Another problem that I see with using the ECA stack is that it would be a ****to screw up your metabolism and then fight with this for the rest of your life- totally contrary to what you were trying to achieve in the first place. Anyways . . . just a caution to using this.

I picked up some Thermogenisis it's supposed to be the best from what I have heard from several people, just hard to get your hands on....

The most potent ECA stack availalble on the market!Thermo-Genesis contains the natural herbal equivalent of the well respected and proven effective combination of the ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin stack in the highest potencies and dosages available. Try one capsule and see for yourself!

Keep out of the reach of children. Use only as directed (one capsule, one-two times daily) Consult a physician prior to any dietary supplementation.

Do not use if pregnant or lactating. Do not use if you are at risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke or anxiety. Do not use if you are taking a MAO inhibitor. 120 capsules

Each Capsule Contains :

Ephedra (8% Ephedrine) .......375 mg

Kola Nut (Standardized to 75% Caffeine) 375 mg

White Willow Bark.............50mg

Chromium Picolinate........400mcg

Is there anything else you would recommend taking at the same time as Melting Point?

Bingo.  Melting Point is very flexible, it stacks well with pretty much any thermogenic or non-stim such as Lean Xtreme.
