Yes. You are continously suggesting that cardio is a miraculous fat burning activity. "Cardio" is simply a method of expending energy (besides being exercise for heart and lungs!). This energy will be taken from consumed food unless the overall energy consumed falls short of energy requirements. Both cardio (expenditure of energy) and eating less (consumption of less energy) can force the body into the required catabolic state. Successful fat loss comes from effective management of energy in and energy out.

ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 ORIGINAL: David1991 ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 bodybuilding. 99 % of bodybuilders incorporate cardio into their workout. especially while cutting. oh really, 99%? i guess i missed that survey thats not true at all. there are some bodybuilders who dont do any cardio even when cutting, until the very last stages of the cut. many do none at all when bulking. i've read logs of bodybuilders and i've talked with and heard interviews with bodybuilders. many have cardio all year long, some dont. and ur avoiding my question: why do u think cardio is so great that anyone who's serious needs to do it?? do you not read well? cardio is necessary when cutting during comp season u said cardio is done by 99% of bodybuilders pretty much all the time. all ur saying is "u need cardio to get ready for a comp". do u even know what your talking about and why ur saying it?

ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 giving cardio the big "F U" is stupid. you must be one of those guys that goes to the gym that isn't serious about muscle gains, a "casual workout" person. ask any bodybuilder how important cardio is, and they'll tell you it's as important as weight lifting and eating ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 but bodybuilders include normal cardio into their routine. ORIGINAL: boomersooner1331 99 % of bodybuilders incorporate cardio into their workout. especially while cutting.
