Hello all,

Im not quite sure what's causing it but I have been excessively farting and ****ting recently and can't figure out what is the cause. Am I eating something too much? Or am I forgetting to eat enough of something? Or are my ab exercsies the cause?? I dont know what to do and it's beginning to effect my workout in gym! I can't go anywhere with people looking at me for dropping the smell! Any ideas please help.

1- Excessive protein
2- A brand of protein that doesn't work for you
3- Lactose intolerant
4- Too much fiber
5- Not enough water

Those are just a few things that could be causing excessive bowel issues.

I used to get this problem when i exercised my abs...so i dont bother exercising them anymore lol.

But marcs most likely right with that list.
dont drink any protein shakes too fast, take a good 10-20 minutes drinking one shake, the body on average can only absorb 45 grams of protein every 6 hours isnt it?

something like that...might be every 4 hours, either way, too much protein in one go leads to bowel trouble.

lol do u take any  supps? cause that may be the problem other wise i dunno my friend says he deficates after every meal (5 a day) im not sure if i belive him but hes not oen to make **** up lol... ****

on creatine i get crazy gas... If i take too much sweets same problem.

eating anything funky?  like downing hot sauce for its thermogenic properties ?

**** in the Gym yesterday I was farting so heavily on the runnning machine both people either side me left while looking and snarling at me. This has to stop.

So here's what I have been eating every day:

1 big bowl of oats
6 egg white
peanut butter
mega milk whey protein
apples
bananas
rice
chicken
tuna
mince meat
pasta
broccoli
carrots
paprika
spinach fajita's
mexican hot sauce (not much of it though)
mexican fajita sauce
kidney beans
spaghetti sauce
chilli sauce
milk

Its hard to remember when it started as its been so long. I have a feeling its something to do with too much oats/eggs as before I started farting so much my breakfast was different. I dont know what to do! Help.

I'd say your problem may lie in that dangerous mexican cooking!

"spinach fajita's
mexican hot sauce (not much of it though)
mexican fajita sauce

Sorry my post above is a bit vague, I only eat one of those sauces a day not all of them in one. I really think it may be to do with the oats. I think it's too much fiber so I have decided to drop that and find success. Sham though I love oats! Could it be the brand I eat? I think its going to be a trial and error routine on my foods.

Yea try dropping them and if that works and you want oats still try having 2-3 small bowls throughout the day.
