Ok so i just finished a log for the new Animal M stak. Had some decent gains. Gonna now log for Anabolic Extreme's Hyperdrol x2.
----Stats----
DOB: 12/25/86 (20y 6m)
Height: 5'7"
Weight: I just weighed myself at 150lbs. I just got back from the gym and drank quite a bit of fluid between the sizeon and whey about an hour ago. so for arguments sake ill keep weighing myself after the workout to keep the weight gain as accurate as possible for each day.(always after my workout so i had drinkin/eaten the same amount of fluid/food in the time pre/intra/post.
Diet: between my work scheduale and other obligations i cannt count my cals. even if i wanted to doing so would be almost impossible. But i eat very healthy. Around 2600 cals i day, maybe more. I get around 200grams of protien a day. Im going to shoot to increase this to about 250-300 as i feel the 200 isnt enough.
Supps: Animal Pak, SizeOn, ON whey, Muscle milk every now and again, i am also using the left over stim pills that were in the Mstak and also whats left of my Nano x9 bottle. (nanos only preworkout instead of twice a day), and ofcourse the Hyperdrol 4pills/day about 4-5 hours apart between pills
Anyway. Todays workout was Chest/Tris. After this week is over it would be a month that i was on this workout and so im going to be doing 4 weeks of MaxOT (i seriously had the best gains in my life from MAXOT. I only thought i was getting stronger but seriously everyone said that for the 12weeks i did this, i was getting bigger everyday. I gained 4 solid lbs, but i guess i lost some BF along the way)
Flat Bench 135x10 145x8 155x5 (this was ****y, i really hate doing flat bench and these were only like half reps. Im gonna try to get rid of this bad habit) but anyway. it was 10lbs more then i did last week. and last week i was reping 145x6 so, im happy.
135x6 (burn out set)
Incline Dumbell Press 50x10 60x6 60x6 50x8 (again just burn out)
Weighted Wide Dips B/W x 10 10lbx8 25lbx6 Tricep Pushdown
175x5 (for some reason i thought i could do this for more reps, i was wrong. lol)
150x10 One Arm Tricep Pushdown (never really do these, but i think i will for now on, im able to keep great form and get a nice pump)
50x8 per arm Dumbell Kickbacks 30x12 per arm Abs
4 sets of various excersizes. usualy
2 for lower abs and
2 or 3 for overall abs/oliques.
Cant really say anything yet about the hyperdrol. Im sure its gonna take a little while to do anything. But i do feel a little more upbeat today. May just be coincidence, time will tell
