Ok so i just finished a log for the new Animal M stak.  Had some decent gains.  Gonna now log for Anabolic Extreme's Hyperdrol x2. 

----Stats----

DOB: 12/25/86 (20y 6m)

Height: 5'7"

Weight: I just weighed myself at 150lbs.  I just got back from the gym and drank quite a bit of fluid between the sizeon and whey about an hour ago. so for arguments sake ill keep weighing myself after the workout to keep the weight gain as accurate as possible for each day.(always after my workout so i had drinkin/eaten the same amount of fluid/food in the time pre/intra/post.

Diet: between my work scheduale and other obligations i cannt count my cals. even if i wanted to doing so would be almost impossible. But i eat very healthy.  Around 2600 cals i day, maybe more.  I get around 200grams of protien a day. Im going to shoot to increase this to about 250-300 as i feel the 200 isnt enough.

Supps: Animal Pak, SizeOn, ON whey, Muscle milk every now and again, i am also using the left over stim pills that were in the Mstak and also whats left of my Nano x9 bottle. (nanos only preworkout instead of twice a day), and ofcourse the Hyperdrol 4pills/day about 4-5 hours apart between pills

Anyway.  Todays workout was Chest/Tris.  After this week is over it would be a month that i was on this workout and so im going to be doing 4 weeks of MaxOT (i seriously had the best gains in my life from MAXOT.  I only thought i was getting stronger but seriously everyone said that for the 12weeks i did this, i was getting bigger everyday.  I gained 4 solid lbs, but i guess i lost some BF along the way)

Flat Bench

155x5 (this was ****y, i really hate doing flat bench and these were only like half reps. Im  gonna try to get rid of this bad habit) but anyway. it was 10lbs more then i did last week. and last week i was reping 145x6 so, im happy.
135x6 (burn out set)

Incline Dumbell Press
50x10
60x6
60x6
50x8 (again just burn out)

Weighted Wide Dips
B/W x 10

Tricep Pushdown
175x5 (for some reason i thought i could do this for more reps, i was wrong. lol)
150x10

One Arm Tricep Pushdown (never really do these, but i think i will for now on, im able to keep great form and get a nice pump)
50x8 per arm

Dumbell Kickbacks
30x12 per arm

Abs
4 sets of various excersizes. usualy 2 for lower abs and 2 or 3 for overall abs/oliques.

Cant really say anything yet about the hyperdrol.  Im sure its gonna take a little while to do anything. But i do feel a little more upbeat today. May just be coincidence, time will tell

Thanks for the review log in process. I'll be checking this out a lot as I am seriously considering hyperdrol for my next stack.  Have fun

Legs/Calves today

For this workout i ddint take any caffiene or anything like i usualy do. i actually tried breaking open one of the stim pills and put it in some green tea, but it tasted so bad i couldnt drink it.  I just poped 3 nanox9's before my workout.  I just want to get rid of these nanos, the pump is great as is the recovery between sets but the yohimbine makes me SO DAMN HOT. and my heart beat so fast. anyway. heres what today consisted off

Diet today consisted of so far:

930am - 8oz milk 1 3/4 scoop of whey, 2 peices 100% whole wheat bread w/ natrual peanut butter and little bit of jelly
130pm - 2 scoops of whey righgt after my workout and 3 BCAA pills
230pm - Tuna salad on a whole wheat bagel with tomatoe

Ham Curls

Leg Press
360x8 - most ive ever done, i was doing like 270 for so long and i knew i could do 360 and i was right, its just one of those excerizes that i can do alot more then i think i can so i dont even try to in the first place..makes sense? prolly not, oh well.

I took my 2nd hyperdrol right before my workout.  Only the second day so i still cant say much.  I have gotten a few very mild headaches, wich is very common with this product.  I also feel a  bit differnt then usual but  then again im also the poster boy for placebo effect lol.  Weight is about the same, nothing really to report yet.  I need a nap :)

PS.  Latly i have had no motivation to go to the gym at all, i just feel tired all day and when i do feel awake and its time to go to the gym i just feel like crap all of the sudden.  I dont know if i have just been workout out too much or what.  I work out alone wich may be the reason, b/c when im at school and have somene to lift with i actually enjoy going.. But also when i was taking NO xplode last summer i loved to go also, so maybe i need something like that again.. anyone recommend what to do? maybe superpump or white flood or somehting?...

no workout today.. but.. i had some headaches that lasted pretty much all day on and off and ive also felt a little off the past few days. i feel alot beter nw and i think as soon as my body adjusts ill be fine, but just wanted to update and give a non-biased review

Glad to see this review in progress.  Since I am looking into hyperdrol, these headaches which alot people talk about sound pretty serious.  Did you not workout because of the head or it was an off day?

it would take more then a headache to get me not to workout.. it was an off day lol.  the headaches arent that serius just like those annoying ones right over my eye.

Headaches can be a sign of increased blood pressure, you should check to make sure that's not the case. Maybe take some celery or hawthorn berry if it is.
 
I'm interested in how this log turns out since I'm looking for a new product to try. Nice to see a good unbiased review.

Hey man, checking out your diet, I would honestly start eating about twice the amount of real food you are getting now. I eat approximately hald again as many carbs as you do, and probably twice as much meat, and about the same amt. of whey. Protein powder is my only supp.

Not that what you are doing right now doesn't look good, but I just think you could probably get way better gains if you were to throw in a couple more chicken breasts and maybe 8 oz. or so of irish oatmeal per day.

hey, thats not typical of me at all and was only the first half of my day. forinstance normaly i would have the same breakfast.. 3 hours later eather red meat or 6oz of chicken with whle wheat bread or pasta. then 3 hours later a protien MRP bar or drink 3 hours later dinner wich is usually 6-8oz of chicken/turkey/steak plus about 4oz of whole wheat pasta, a salad and milk.  then before bed i will usualy have a muscle milk shake or protien shake with oats and  natural peanut butter

Then i did 1 set of concentration curls, i NEVER do them and my arms were so fried by now anyway, nly got out 30x7 on my right arm and 30x5 on my left
 
no more headaches or anything, i felt great today and defintly more aggressive with the weights, liking this stuff alot now

That's good to hear. Maybe it was just a matter of your body getting you used to it.
Great log so far.
 
If this goes well I think I'll just have to pick up a bottle for myself.

HORRIBLE WORKOUT TODAY. i felt like falling asleep when i got there. couldnt even shoulder press 60's for 4 reps when i usualy can do it for 6.  Pulled a muscle in my shoulder doing raises.  honestly the worst workout of my life today. not even worth logging for the matter that i really doubt the hyperdrol had any effect to this.  I just cant work out in the morning and i should have just went later today. anyay. next week ill start MAX OT and do that for a month. i feel it will help me make better gains then this prgram that im doing wich i honestly feel i lost some size

Carb up. I've read other people saying they get headache on jw too, but enough carbs fix that.
