Ok so today i started a legs/push/pull routine.. actually Franky Ny's Massbuilding routine. I loved it. Did legs today. Felt great. Squats 215x5 (felt like i wasnt going down far enough so i lowered the weight a bit) 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 Stiff Leg DeadLifts (Been a while since ive done these and they felt sooo good, awsome stretch) 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 205x5 Standing Calf Raises 240x12 240x12 240x12 Decline Crunches 35lbx12 25lbx12 Leg Lifts x12 No more headaches at all, feeel really good. so far so good

Fallout, I was wondering if you are still taking all the supps you put in the original post with the hyperdrol? Or just hyperdrol by itself?
Current Supplements: animal pak, whey, no shotgun

Another awsome workout today Push day, chest/shoulders/tris Flat Barbell Bench 150x5 150x5 150x5 150x5 150x5 Dumbell Shoulder Press 55x5 55x5 55x5 55x5 55x5 can usualy do 60 for 6 but after the benching 55x5 was pretty hard Weighted Dips 25x5 25x5 25x5 25x5 25x5 ..probably could have done a bit more weight BUT the program calls for atleast a 5 lb increase every week so i wanted to give myself room to move up and not just go heavy heavy heavy right away. Been getting a few headaches again, nothing major, otherwise feel great

Pull Day Today, drank a monster lo-carb pre-workout and hit the gym. been feeling really good latly. Deadlifts 255x5 255x5 255x5 255x5 255x5 I think i could have done atleast 265-270 x5 for each of these sets but it was the first pull day ive ever done and didnt know if i could do that many for that many sets. next week ill up it alot Wide Grip Chins B/W+10lbx5 B/W+10lbx5 B/W+10lbx5 B/W+10lbx5 B/W+10lbx5 Barbell Curls 85x5 85x5 85x5 85x5 85x5 Felt excellent all workout. nice pumps even when going 2-4min between sets! muscles felt and look very full now too. im lovin it

Legs today. even went before 12pm wich usualy means ill feel like **** and fall asleep standing lol, but today was pretty good. Squats 210x5 210x5 this felt a little light for a 5x5 so i uped it another 5lbs for the last 3 sets 215x5 215x5 215x5 Stiff Leg Deadlifts 225x5 225x5 225x5 225x5 225x5 i did 205x5x5 last week but it felt toooo easy. this was defintly more challenging. im also mixing up the grips i use. under/over feels more comfortable but i need to strengthen my overhand grip. Calf Raises 260x12 260x12 115x7 seated then i just did a few sets of abs, not worth noting really. as far as the hyperdrol goes. i defintly lost some fat. and my muscles feel and look alot fuller then usual. no headaches recently. i actually missed 1 dose last night but i dnt think it will have a significant impact.

would usualy do push on wed, but since its July 4th and i have to work all day and drink all night i decided to do it today. got free samples of white flood, purple wraath and green magnitude so i took those today. i missed a dose or 2 of the hyperdrol the last 2 days in a row but ill get my ass in gear. i look better then ever. maintained my weight, last fat arund my midsection (not that i had much in the first place, and my back is basically a perfect V shape now. anyway.. Barbell Bench 155x5 155x5 155x5 155x5 155x5 i really hate flat bench with a barbell, im going to start using dumbells next week, i dont go nearly as low as i should with the barbells and i think im missing out. Dumbell Shoulder press 55x5 55x5 55x5 55x5 55x5 i dont know whats up, i used to be able to do 60x6 NO PROBLEM. im struggling on these now. i guess its just cuz im doing bench before these Weighted Dips 35x5 35x5 40x5 40x5 40x4...couldnt quite get the 5th rep

i will most likely be discontinuing my use of hyperdrol. my blood pressure is extremtly high (140/80 i belive is what my doctor told me). the risk of this is not worth anything to me.

damn dude just like that its all over? How do you know hyperdrol is the cause of your high blood pressure? Did you have it measured before you started?

Woa. Did you get the symptoms of high blood pressure too? I know you got headaches, but any diziness, nosebleeds, palpitations? I totally understand why you're stopping, blood pressure would be a big concern for me as well. It's too bad you wasted your money but at least you're giving other people some idea of what to expect. I for one was thinking about taking it too.
