Is the myth that "You only grow muscle when you hurt the day after your exercise" true? Or is this not the case?

Not true. Lack of muscle soreness does not mean you didn't get a good workout, or won't build muscle.

mythy myth myth myth you constantly make tiny rips in muscles EVERY single time you move, but theyre so tiny they can be repaired easily, and you constantly grow muscle, though theres a point where daily average movement makes them a certain size and no larger.... another myth though BB unrelated is the 10% brain thing we have neruon activity in all 100% of it it is actually a famous misinterpretation of einsteins rant about how most humans only use 10% of there brains and why we're so dumb, we dont physically use only 10% we use 100%... why do you think brain surgeons have to be so damn careful not to touch hardly ANYTHING while doing surgery to the brain? because we use it all otherwise theyd chop it up like a fish dinner and not give a crap another myth is the sky is blue from reflection of the ocean NOT TRUE the sky is blue from diffraction of ozones electronic configuration which makes purple and blue, blue is higher frequency so we see it as blue rather than purple, and it has to do with human eyes too...anyway gtg

Loads.... Its a urban myth that the american language voting went to english by only 1 vote and the next in line was germany, and we only won by 1 vote-that is too an urban myth I have loads of urban myths,,,,Its kind of a hobby of mine, its amazing how word of mouth can make such alterations to the truth and become so popular-even documentaries use them sometimes, it's rather amusing how weak the human brain can be the only thing in this universe that is 100% efficient energy wise is electronic configuration emission. its a myth that science is 100% in many other things-it is not

But it's true that the sea is blue because it's a reflection of the sky! So when it's dark, the sea is dark as well

True, what might help everyone with colouring and how we see colour is through afore mentioned electronic configuration emission and conduction, atoms are made of protons and electrons (you dont need to know more than that to get this-i do know more is involved with atoms) and basically each element has a certain amount of electrons and every 2 electrons starts a new orbital, S,P,D and F orbitals to be exact, and each orbital holds 2 electrons, each orbital is a certain distance from the atoms nucleus and therefore each orbital has different energies. Now we see colour through the way these electrons are placed. when light (photons) hit atoms, the electrons absorb this photonic energy and go up one level and can go into different orbitals, this makes the atom unstable and so the electron must dispose of that photonic energy, this is PURE 100% efficient energy transfer, no other energetic system in the universe from human knowledge has a energy transfer 100% efficient like this. depending on the energy depends on how the photon comes out, as a result certain colours are made from certain atoms electron emission, hydrogen burns orange, magnesium burns purply white etc etc. That's why you don't distinguish colour when it is dark, you can make outlines from infra red light but colour is difficult to see. Thats how we see colour. Ever wonder how scientists know what elements and compounds are on a planet without going there? they use this system, firing x rays at the planet or taking the systems own suns rays and seeing what emissions it gives off, that's how scientists know what elements are on certain planets. it is an urban myth that we are...erm...lets see ive heard 3 of these 90% water 60% water 30% water we are in actual fact 98.9% nothing. I'll explain if people want me to

Is that 98.9% nothing regarding the spaces between the subatomic particles?

a myth that alot of people belive is that working out can stunt your growth. i started working out two years ago at the height 5 foot 8 inches and i'm now 5 fot 10. I do seem to be slowing down though. from all the research i've done online most say you can't stunt your growth. what are your guys oponions on this?
