hey
 
I already do cardio 4 times a week! Body is taking shape but fat around midsection is taking time! any intense methods to get rid of it quicky and safely! I have around 7-8 pounds to get rid of in tiem for summer! Is this possible! My weights are legit! I can push alot and do everything fine! Jus the cardio plans needs a little re-thinking? any ideas?? Should i work the abs too? When I do my stomach kinda sticks out and looks like a have a belly!
 
Any help appreciated!

whats your diet like ? this is priority .. if your eating clean and healthy already .. eat 5 or more small meals a day .. eating frequently with boost up your metabolism and help burn fat much faster on top of your cardio ..

Bullet: Cardio and your diet. Cardio about 3-4 times a week, 30-45 mins, and diet watch your fat a intakes.

Good easy quick Cardio (maybe not easy) Gorrila, theres an article on it but insted of bin 1 o dem annoyin ppl who make u read 2 sides of small writing ill jus cut it down to what is for u...

4 mins warm up jogging
20 seconds sprint
10 seocnds jog

Repeat 20 2nd sprint followed by jog till uve sprint 6 times then 4 minit cool down, but i wunt try 100% maximum sprint more round 60% or some 1 gave me a good idea u can sprint as fast as u want for 20 seconds then walk back to were u started maybe tek 5 seconds then do the same till u done 6.... oh and do it on a moarning b4 uve eaten any thing...if u wana spare ur muscle (i got told on here just incase the guy reads this ) have bout 10-20g of protein b4 u do the cardio, easy source of this wud b egg whites

lol this dude takes protein powder,i want some fat burner to tone up my abs.
i have to do 100 situps a day and not showing much yet.

im gonna eat loads less now nothing for school and little after and situps anyone think this would work?

Unless they are weighted situps, they won't really make your abs bigger.

what is a good weight for a 16 year old that is 5 '8" and is currently 165? I think i need to be like 140 to look good. Is this possible by June!?!?

Nice responses! I in regards with the gorilla method, i have tried that beofre but never coontinued it! I shall give that a go! I also want to state that things are takin place nicely though! A slow process but seeing results! Everything i eat is freshly cooked!! Some people say avoid dairy products for ure abs to show! Is this a myth? again thanks for all the replies!

maybe somebody can help me out. i know my weight will surprise you i hear enough of it. i am 104 age 15, 5.5. anyways i am no way into getting muscle or big ones at least. but i would get big muscle if i wanted to but im someone skinny is the best. anyways im notcing little chub on my lower stomach and i need to get rid of it quick. i never eat mornings usually, or i never eat at school, i might binge at home depending, but i can get pretty angry if i eat fastfood, which is rarly. i just watch what i eat...but i noticed that my eating habits also made me break out sometimes. so thats basically two questions am i eating right (i dont wana gain weight either) and how i can get rid of lower fat.thanks. my brother is the body builder bc hes in marine but im not again i like the skinny

have you not read any posts? you dont eat breakfast or throughout the day then you binge eat!! thats why your starting to gain fat because your body is in survival mode all day then your stuffing your face. It's 5-6 meals a day and high intensity cardio if you want to stay slim with low BF%. an 104 wow thats crazy man u g2 be careful

In order to lose fat, especially the stubborn fat from your ab area, you definitely need to concentrate on how and what you eat. Eating less is NOT the way to lose fat. It can help initially, but in the end, your body needs a certain amount of calories per day in order to function properly. If it's not getting the right amount, your body will think it's being starved, and will actually try harder to hold on to any fat it has.
In order to lose fat, you should be eating five to six meals a day made up of the proper types of food, with the right amounts of calories coming from good sources of protein, carbs and fats.
A good place to start figuring out your diet is at near the top of our nutrition forum- a post called "Calculate expenditure." In there, you'll find plenty of info on how to figure out how many calories a day YOUR body will need to lose fat. Once you've got that number, it's time to do some more work- Figure out which foods are healthiest, and find out how much of that food you'd have to eat to reach your caloric goals each day. Once you have that, split it over five or six meals, and start eating.
Believe me- This is the key to fat loss. Yes, it's a pain in the ass- There are no quick fixes here. Eating right will get you far better results than tons of cardio and weight training. Your body will learn how to burn fat all day long with the proper amounts of the proper foods.

you state about havin buldgy abs??? Well you have a layer of muscle tissue over ur abs, When ur doing crunches or ab exercises and contracting the ab , suck in and hold ur breath, that helps burn extrafatand gives the "slimmer" appearance
