RE: FAT -How to get rid of middle and lower stomach!

Hey guys I can use some help here. I'm 5-10 160 and want to get up to 185. I train with the Max Ot training ways. Heavy weights low reps with about 3 to 5 minutes rest time in bet ween sets. 3 sets per exercize, about 3 exercize per muscle group. But I noticed that I'm starting to get a little belly flab. My routines are mon throw fri. I try to squeze it under one hour. I also don't do any cardio. I'm a skinnie guy (well was). I have never gained flab even muslce is verry hard for me to gain. But the flab has to go. This is my eating habit: breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 strips of bacon, bowl of oatmeal with whole milk, one tomato, a lice of goat chesse, one green onion, one slice of white bread. 3 hours later lunch: 10 to 12 oz of meat, be it pork or beef. This meet is mostlly baked dont like fried. I dont eat grease, but the meat is not lean. Dont like to much chicken. One potato, with butter, or a bowl of rice, one green salad. A pre workout meal of a bowl of oatmeal with whole milk. After workout meal: Same as lunch. Usually I make about 3 different kinds of food a week. But they all consist of the same ingrediences. I like to boil or bake my food with no perservatives, or fatty contents. Before sleep a tall glass of whole milk with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I drink about 5, 20oz bottles of water throw out the day.

But the flab has to go. This is my eating habit: breakfast: 3 eggs, 4 strips of bacon have chicken instead or turkey bacon low fat and nuked, bowl of oatmeal with whole milk go for skim, one tomato, a lice of goat chesse, one green onion, one slice of white bread. - non wheat, rye or mana is your best bet 3 hours later lunch: 10 to 12 oz of meat, be it pork or beef- go for poultry or fish, its leaner. This meet is mostlly baked dont like fried. I dont eat grease, but the meat is not lean. Dont like to much chicken. go for fish and turkey then One potato, with butter, or a bowl of rice, one green salad. brown rice and salad isyour best bet to help lose the flab A pre workout meal of a bowl of oatmeal with whole milk. skim is better After workout meal: Same as lunch. Usually I make about 3 different kinds of food a week. But they all consist of the same ingrediences. I like to boil or bake my food with no perservatives, or fatty contents. Before sleep a tall glass of whole milk with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. go for lean protein, like a shake or dry cottage cheese, with almonds, brocolli. I drink about 5, 20oz bottles of water throw out the day. I have added some comments in red. Linda

Thanks Linda. Will that hinder my gains since I want to get up 185? I also need to add some cardio in my training week. How do you sugest I do that? My week goes like this. Mon > Legs, calfs Tues > Bycepts Wed > Sholders Thr > Chest, try Fri > Back, Shrugs. I would like to start with the Gorila for a couple of days and then move up to 20 to 30 minutes to maintain. What do you think about that?

What do you think about that? Max OT only gave me strength, no muscle growth type gains but the strength allowed my hypertrophy lifts to go up. I suggest max ot then go to a hypertrophy training program. 2-3 days cardio per week no more than the thrirty mins, at a moderate pace so you burn fat but not muscle. I also suggest Triceps work into one of your training days. Linda

5-10lbs.. look bro u dont gota kill ur self.. if u wanna drop that fat take ur body weight multiply it by 10 and then add ut body weight again...ex im 235 if iwanted to cut more..which i will soon cu zmy bodfat is atroun 18% but im also a college fullback so i dont kno if i should do tht or not.. well see.. any wya...235x10 is 2350..then add 235 tot hat.. thats ur CALORIC INTAKE>> just so u kno.. proteins= 4 calories/gram.....carbs=4 calories/gram.....and fat is 9 calories/gram.... so .. now u needa take ur diet and ur calories and do THIS:::: 35% protein 50% carbs 15% fats i find this amazing setup for me...so now what u do is take these % and multiply them by ur calories.... so... if 50% is carbs so for me my weight is 235 and my caloric intake is 2600 a day for cutting......... take 2600x.50(carbs) and i get 1300 of my calories r carbs.. 2600x.35= 910 calories r protein and then 2600x.15= 390 cal r fat.. add them all up and ull see they equal 2600..... NOW!!! divide you calories into grams....so u needa divide ur 1300 carbs...910 protein cal..and fat cal intot heir designated nuimbers 1300/4(carbs)= 325 grams of carbs a day 910/4(grams of protein)=228 grams of protein 390/9grams of fat=45 grams of fat.... ALL THIS>>>> WITH 25-30 min cardio 3-5 days a week will DEF LOSE UR BELLY FAT KIDDDDDDDDD

ORIGINAL: deadly devon run and exersize in lots of sweats with a plastic bag under it This is a bad idea you will loose all water weight i did this in high school all the time in a sona and your not loosing the fat your loosing everything breaking down muscle and loosing things your body needs to grow, just eat right and exercise you will loose it don't loose it to fast or you will loose your muscle with it you can only use 1 to 2 true lbs a week of fat any more then that is muscle with it you don't want that
Height 5'10" Weight 200lbs Incline bench press 300 curl 115 5 times sitting down Skull crushers 105 lbs 12 times 4 sets One arm Bent over row 90 lb dumbell 4x12 Body fat 14.2
